Next summer will be opened to the passengers in Barcelona the new terminal of the El Prat airport, a Ricardo’s Bofill project. The new terminal will be the most important hub for all the flights to the south of Europe.

It will be four times bigger than the actual terminal and its cost has been of 850 millions of Euros. It’s expected to receive more than 30 millions of passengers per year.

Architecture will be incorporated to the Caixa Forum exhibition that in 2009 will dedicate two retrospective exhibitions to Richard Rogers and Andrea Palladio.

This is one of the most important novelties in the exhibition centre season. Other important stars will be Joaquim Mir, the French Maurice de Vlaminck and a waste collection of Islamic Art from the Aga Khan Museum.
